RENTAL OPTIONS

To join you need to present :
1 recent proof of address (e.g. bill / bank statement) which must be dated  within 3 months
and 1 form of personal I.D. (e.g. driving licence / credit - debit card / passport).

Payment Option :
1 : Pay as you go : New Releases are £3 per night. All other films are £3 for 3 nights. You can rent any 3 films for £6 (Note that New Releases are still due back the day after before 8.30 pm.)

2 : Unlimited Rental Plan :(No contract!) : For £20 / 1 month, £50 / 3 months or £90 / 6 months, you can rent as many films as you like!
Note that you can’t take more than 3 films at a time. Films are still due after 1 day (new releases) and 3 days (all other films). You can share your rental plan with 1 other person.

Terms and Conditions :
- All films for rental remain the property of CLOSE-UP VIDEOS LTD.
- Once rented, the care of the film becomes the responsibility of the customer until returning the film to the library. Each DVD returned that presented a viewing problem will be checked. Once checked and if the film is at fault a credit will be given to you. We do not do refunds. We cannot accept any responsibility for problems associated with playing discs on PCs, or consoles, or the unlikely event of Hardware being damaged while playing our films.
- All new releases are due back the following evening by 8.30pm. All other films must be returned before 8.30pm on the third day after rental. Any late return will result in additional charges (£3 per day per new release, £1 per day for each of all other films). All late fees charges must be paid before any further rentals. The person or persons named on the account details are responsible for all fines relating to that account, regardless of who has incurred that fine.
- We reserve the right to charge costs incurred in replacing any products damaged, lost or stolen while in the customer's care. All films will be charged at the current wholesale replacement price.
- Your card and password or code are strictly personal. Any other person willing to use them will have to be registered on your account. You will remain responsible for any persons authorised to use your account. Proof of I.D. may be requested should you not produce your card.
